Honora and Ed went on to have 4 more children, Edward, Winifred, Hellen, and Gregory. In 1915 Edward added on a second level to the original house as well as adding on an addition with the help of his brothers XXXXXXX. This is the house that stood until the summer of 2017 when it was disassembled due to foundation issues and being vacant for 10 years.

Edward Buggie was one of the pioneering residents of Finlayson, MN. He was born in New Brunswick, Canada in 1866 where he married his wife Honora (Nora) Vickers in 1889 before moving to Minnesota in 1890. Originally settling in Stillwater, MN, Ed and Nora moved to Finlayson in 1905 with their 6 children Irene, John, Inez, Katherine, Mary, and Georgina. The Buggie family settled on a farm just outside of town where they built a small two room farm house.
The finished two story house consisted of 5 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, kitchen, dinning room, and two bedrooms downstairs.
